Cancellation policy:

Your promptness is appreciated. If you do run late we may not be able to perform your full treatment but full payment will still be required. Please understand that we need to run on time to avoid any inconvenience.

While we are sympathetic to unforeseen circumstances we kindly request for the convenience of other clients and staff that the required notice is given for cancellations. If you fail to show for your appointment or do not give us the required notice (24 hours) a cancellation fee may apply.

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be required for all group appointments.

Lateness:

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We confirm in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times, and inform us if your contact information has changed. We understand “life happens”. But if for any reason you expect to be late for a scheduled appointment by 10 minutes or more, please call the salon on (02) 6242 4542.

We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other client scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed and may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.

Children:

We love children, but we try to provide the most relaxing environment here at the salon. It is preferred that you do not bring your children along so that you, your therapist and other clients can fully enjoy their experience. We work in an environment that has sharps, chemicals and hot wax.

If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family but equally devastating to us. We encourage parents to visit the salon without their children unless the child(ren) can be supervised at all times.

During your appointment, children need to be able to sit still and be quiet so that the Therapist can perform a quality and relaxing service on you and other clients. Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child(ren) and we would hate to embarrass you by asking you to leave at your expense.

Mobile phone policy:

Please switch your mobile off or to silent when you enter the salon. We don’t mind if you need to send messages or check emails during some of your treatments, but please refrain from doing so if it interrupts the flow of your service.

Gift voucher cancellations:

Gift Vouchers are strictly non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
